Hardness & Surface

Incoloy 926 washers are hardness-controlled to balance load-distribution stiffness against surface damage. Typical Vickers HV: plain 140–180; spring 380–440; Belleville 460–540. Surface finish Ra 1.6 µm or better. EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certs standard; NACE MR0175 on request.

Incoloy, Nickel-Iron-Chromium Alloys

Incoloy is the family of nickel-iron-chromium alloys positioned between stainless and Inconel. Combines high-temperature strength of nickel alloys with iron-substitution cost savings.

Incoloy 800 / 800H / 800HT are the most widely specified for furnace fixtures and steam-superheater bolting up to 1100°C. Incoloy 825 adds Mo + Cu for sulfuric and reducing-acid service. Incoloy 925 is age-hardenable for high-strength sour-service.

Incoloy fasteners ship per ASTM B408 (rod/bar) and B564 (forged) with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certification including ASTM G28 intergranular corrosion testing.
